Definitely not! Dynamic Painting and Decorating professionals will come to you with their own tools and equipment and provide you with the desired service. If they need something mid-project, they can arrange those to be provided by our suppliers.
If your plans include leaving your home while we work, we ask that you please let us know in advance so we can coordinate with our painters. We’re sure our Dynamic Painting and Decorating team members can accommodate your needs while still providing exceptional service.
Though you’re welcome to ask questions and check on progress, there is no need for you to supervise the painting process. We will complete your project within the agreed time-frames, whether you are there or not.

On the one hand, the best season for painting is when the temperature isn’t too hot or too cold, which can dry out paint before it has time to cure. It may be fall, when you can enjoy the crisp days while sitting on your freshly painted back porch. Or it may be spring, when your kids are anxious to get out of school and there is still time before the summer rush. You might even want to wait until winter, so you won’t have to worry about waking up early on Saturdays to paint before anyone sees.
However, in general, there is no bad season to paint. You can have a professional paint your home regardless of the weather or temperature outside. And remember, painting professionals work fast – walls and trim can be painted in a day with just a few brushes.
A typical paint job takes one to two days. Applying paint to the outside of a house also takes longer than painting walls and other interior areas because you have to thin down the paint and apply several coats, finishing each coat by sanding and applying another thin coat. Paint coats must be allowed to dry completely between applications in order to prevent cracking and peeling in the final coat.
However, the time may vary depending on the size and condition of a house. If a house is in a bad condition, additional services may be needed.
In order to protect your personal belongings from being damaged during this process, you will need to place all of your personal items in a storage unit. This will allow the Dynamic Painting and Decorating team to come in and complete all work without damaging your things.
There are several other things you can do to protect your belongings. You can remove valuable items from your living areas and from closets, move carpets or rugs outside, and cover items with old sheets or plywood.
As painters, we are required to make reasonable efforts, or take reasonable steps, to avoid damage to or secure objects against movement during painting operations. This includes providing protections on floors and furniture to contain paint within the work area. We can also work with you to move furniture and hanging art from rooms, or cover things effectively.
